How to Prepare for a 1:1 Virtual Session?

We suggest having water available, find a quiet space, with access to Internet, where you can be uninterrupted for the entirety of our Session.

Please try to refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs on the day of your Session.

Please do your best to be on time for your appointment. If you are late your session cannot be extended beyond the time you are scheduled. Sessions starting late without contact will be cancelled with no refunds of your deposit after 15 minutes.

Please give 24 hour notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule your Session.

You will receive a link to your Online Session when scheduling, if you need a phone appointment please indicate in your form when booking and we can modify your appointment.

If you have specific questions have them prepared, any and all questions are valid.

I aim to bring forward all information that is relevant for your sessions, always leaving time for questions.

If possible schedule your Session for a time where you can rest or relax directly after, often times people feel anywhere from relaxed and blissed out to emotional and tired, if you have time to rest make it a priority.

Energy healing sessions usually flow though the body for 3 days so you may feel physical sensations such as tingly, warmth, sweat, and chills to name a few.

Everyone experiences Energy Healing differently, you may have a physical sensation, colors, symbols or shapes in your mind’s eye, memories may come to the surface, relaxation and emotional release (crying, laughing) are some common experiences.

Grace is a Psychic Medium working with Energy, Angels and Cosmic Light Beings. It is also possible for messages to come through during a session from our Loved ones in Spirit.
