Join Sonoma County Sketchbook Club and Angel Face Grace on October 24 in Santa Rosa, California for an evening of art and healing.
Ash and Grace will guide you through a meditative drawing experience and sound bath.
We will begin our Evening with a Guided Meditation where Participants will be using their sketchbooks or provided art materials. Followed by a Sound Bath where people can listen and draw or rest and enjoy the sound healing with their eyes closed. bathroom Breaks, Reflection and Connection time will be included between activities and After the sound bath. This in an Intuitive Experience, we encourage you to listen to your body, draw and rest as you see fit.

We suggest Dressing in layers, bringing a blanket, yoga mat and/or a small Folding chair to enjoy the sound bath.

For this event we will be meeting as a group and entering the Building together.
